IYFG Code of Conduct

With regards to on-list debate, members are expected to use respectful language, and refrain from extended unnecessary divergences from the relevant topic. They are asked to limit criticism to the ideas being discussed, and to not direct it to other members personally.

It is requested that all suggestions, comments, and/or complaints that do not concern the list at large (e.g. corrections of errors in files and on the website, and similar issues) be addressed through personal email to a moderator or moderators, so as not to clutter the main list. They can be reached at IYFGModerator@gmail.com.

With regards to off-list debate, although members are perfectly free to discuss Guild matters off-list, it is expected that members use responsible judgment in doing so. As members of the IYFG, we must remember that our conduct with respect to Guild matters, both on and off-list, reflects upon the Guild as a whole, and thus it concerns the Guild. Harassment of any kind directed toward or perpetrated by any Guild member or members with regards to matters concerning the IYFG, whether on or off-list, will not be tolerated. The Guild Moderators reserve the right to intercede should such a situation arise.

This code of conduct applies to all members, moderators, and list owners of the Inuyasha FanGuild, effective from the time membership is granted until the time said membership is terminated.
